Head Chef Richard Fong leads the kitchen at Taki Sushi and Grill, bringing over 35 years of experience in high-volume restaurants from New York to North Carolina.

With a deep understanding of Asian cuisine and a passion for thoughtful execution, Chef Fong blends time-honored techniques with modern refinement. His approach is driven by precision, balance, and respect for ingredients, resulting in dishes that are both innovative and elegantly composed.
